The central library at P.B. College of Engineering serves as a vital resource center, supporting the academic and research needs of students and faculty. It houses an extensive collection of textbooks, reference books, national and international journals, e-books, and digital resources across all disciplines. The library is fully computerized with a digital catalog, reading halls, and internet access, creating a conducive environment for study and research. Regular updates to the collection ensure that users have access to the latest knowledge and developments in engineering and technology.
PBCE has shifted it’s library to a new spacious premises and is spread over 12,000 sq. ft. It houses a wide collection of over 19000 technical books covering all relevant teaching subjects. We have added a new section on personality development which is stocked with books, videos and self help films. A digital library equipped with the latest equipment is also in place for storage and retrieval of data.
Library has facilities for video conferencing, multimedia presentations, Internet connectivity, and Reprography.
PBCE subscribes to most of the major technical journals including IESTC (Info Trac Engineering, Science & Technology Collections and J- Gate Engineering & Technology. The total number of Print and On-line journals subscribed is 671, CD collections of 767 and Back Volumes is424.
PBCE Library is a member of DELNET which facilitates sharing of resources. We strongly believe in E-Learning and are moving into that domain very shortly.
