The placement training program was very useful and informative. The aptitude sessions helped improve my logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and time management skills. The trainers explained the concepts clearly, which made it easier to understand quantitative and reasoning topics. However, more practice tests and shortcut methods would help students solve problems faster. The soft skills training improved my communication skills and confidence level. Group discussions and speaking activities were very helpful for interview preparation. Conducting more mock interviews and giving individual feedback would make the training even more effective. Overall, the placement training was beneficial and helped me prepare better for campus interviews.
