Engineering is one of the most common and most prestigious fields today. It is no wonder that the demand for engineers is still high across the world, but many graduates remain unemployed due to lack of proper opportunity.
It all depends on the placement department of a college that provides the right means and opportunities to students to carve out their career growth.
The vision of the Employment Division is to empower students with the skills and opportunities needed for successful careers, while also achieving high placement rates and fostering strong industry-organization relationships. This includes training, mentoring, and facilitating connections with potential employers.

The primary goal of N4CE is to help students graduate with the requisite skills and knowledge associated with the degree. Learning skills are fundamental to students being able to achieve their academic potential. Students cannot learn without the skills to do so. We will encourage our students to understand how to learn. We will help them to understand the processes of their own learning and to acquire the necessary learning skills and strategies to be independent, self directed learners who become capable of working with the acquired knowledge for their own benefit and for the communities in which they live.
